Food can be a very fickle subject for some people. Whether it’s texture, morality, taste deficiencies or anything else you can think of. One thing, though, that everyone should be able to agree upon is comfort food. Now, when I use that phrase, I’m not talking in the generic sense of the term. When I use those words in that order, I’m talking about food that makes you feel good. Food that, not matter what, will make you happy, comfortable and content. It could be a home cooked meal by a loved one or an entree at a restaurant you frequent. Regardless of what it is or where it comes from, we all have it and crave it now and again. This is the subject we will discuss today.
